
These are one of our all time favorite vegetable side dishes. The perfect accompaniment to your Holiday Turkey or ideal for weeknight meals as well!
Ingredients:
- One Bunch of Carrots, peeled and julienned
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Mustard of your choice
- 1/2 Cup Olive oil
- 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, Pressed
- Fresh Rosemary to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Coat Carrots thoroughly with mixture
- Cover Bowl and refrigerate
- Preheat oven to 350 Farenheight
- Cover cookie sheet with foil, Roast carotts 10-15 minutes to desired firmness
