Move over Pumpkin Spice, there’s a new kid in town!

Just Kidding. We still love you pumpkin.. Just not in our cocktails! This quick and easy libation can be thrown together in two minutes flat and is the ideal beverage for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving… or just Long weekending!!

If you are ambitious you can prepare your apple cider from scratch, or if you are short on time (us lately!) any Apple Cider from the Grocery store will do!

As far as Mezcal goes, its the unsung hero of the spirit world! Mezcals are becoming quite popular as of late- and if you haven’t tried it yet, it is a must! Our friends at Wine and Beyond are hosting an incredible Cocktail Master series featuring Mezcal  coming up on October 20th. Here’s What you need:

• Koch El Mezcal Artesanal (found at Wine and Beyond)
• Apple Cider (we used a Sugar Free one from Save On , but home made also works!)
• Club Soda
• One Apple (sliced)
• Cinnamon Sticks

Method:

1. In a Cocktail Shaker Measure 2 Oz Mezcal
2. Add 3 Oz Cider
3. Add 2 Oz Club Soda
4. Add a few ice cubes
5. Shake Thoroly
6. Pour into glass, garnish with apple slice and Cinnamon Stick
7. ENJOY!
