Blueberry Lavender Gin & Tonic

Today is WORLD GIN day! Who knew? Haha. We have long been fans of the Gin and Tonic, and even if you are not typically a gin drinker- you will be after you try our version! With just three simple ingredients, you can whip up a batch of these bevvies in under five minutes!
The magic ingredient in this recipe is the Dry Lavender Soda .. so I guess technically this is a gin and soda! The subtle lavender flavour without too much sweetness pairs perfectly with muddled blueberries to strike a balance that is both light and refreshing. PERFECT for summer patio drinking!
Ingredients:
- Hixon Gin
- Fonseca Dry Lavender Soda
- Organic Blueberries
- Ice cubes
Method:
- In a small glass muddle 10-15 blueberries (or more to taste!)
- In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 Shots of Gin to every 2 Cups Dry Lavender Soda (depending on how big your shaker is!)
- Add muddled berries and ice to shaker
- Shake
- Pour over ice
- Enjoy!
