I’ve been on a popsicle making kick lately! I found a few great, easy to use moulds and made these kid- friendly, Kiwi fruit Homemade popsicles, as well as these lavender Lemonade ice pops for my littles. All our popsicle recipes are made with fresh fruit and are low in sugar.
Homemade Fresh Fruit Kiwi Popsicle Recipe:
Blend 6 peeled kiwis, juice from three limes, 1 tsp honey and 1/2 cup water. I also add sliced kiwi to the moulds for fun, and freeze overnight! These fresh fruit popsicles will keep you cool and are so tasty!
Lavender Lemonade Homemade Ice Pops:
Combine 3 cups lemonade of your choice with 1 cup steeped lavender tea (I found dried lavender on Amazon!). Pour mixture in to moulds and add sliced lemons. Freeze overnight. Your homemade popsicles will be ready to impress at a party, BBQ or regular afternoon.
After my kids got their popsicle fix, I figured it was high time to make some delicious and thirst quenching adult popsicles!

Combine 3 Oz of my favorite Flourish Gin from Eau Claire Craft, fresh squeezed lemon juice (7 lemons!), 10 puréed strawberries, a tsp of raw honey and some edible flowers for garnish! Freeze and voila! Instant refreshment!
