Summertime and popsicles go hand in hand! And when it’s it’s this HOT I’m even willing to make my cocktails into popsicles- anything to stay cool amirite?

Refreshing alcoholic popsicles

I’ve been on a popsicle making kick lately! I found a few great, easy to use moulds and made these kid- friendly, Kiwi fruit Homemade popsicles, as well as these lavender Lemonade ice pops for my littles.

Homemade Fresh Fruit Kiwi Popsicles:

Blend 6 peeled kiwis, juice from three limes, 1 tsp honey and 1/2 cup water. I also add sliced kiwi to the moulds for fun, and freeze overnight!
