Gin is in!

Gin is in! This delicious libation featuring Park Distillery’s  Alpine Dry Gin is crisp with notes of citrus and refreshing finish of Canadian spruce that pair perfectly with the sweet muddled cherries and tart lime juice. 


6 pitted Cherries
3 basil leaves
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
2oz Alpine Dry Gin 
1 oz soda water


Add cherries, lime juice and simple syrup to the bottom of a shaker and muddle. Add basil leaves and gently press. Pour in gin and fill shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into cocktail glass, top with soda garnish with a cherry and leaf of basil.
