Guacamole Turkey Burgers

Guacamole Turkey Burgers
A few years ago we started incorporating ground Turkey in our dinner recipes in place of different types of protein. Turkey is low in fat and high in numerous vitamins and nutrients, and not to mention pairs well with pretty much anything! One of our favourite ways to use Turkey has been in Burgers! Initially, we found the patties a little tricky to make, but these few tips- you will be able to master the Guacamole Turkey Burger in no time!
Tip 1: Make the patties THICK. This prevents them falling apart
Tip 2: Start by baking the Patties in the oven. Place on cookie sheet, atop parchment paper, at 375 degrees. Bake for five mins, flip and another five.
Tip 3: Finish on the BBQ. Add your BBQ sauce once the burgers have finished cooking.
